CASE REVIEW
Resolved:
In DLS, the count/calculations for PAIs and PDIs were no longer visible when you entered that area. They now display/calculate when entered.
Modified:
ECN only: An issue was resolved where a case involving a Declared Emergency that was used early in Call Intake would not import. All cases that have a Declared Emergency anywhere in the call will now display, and the fields after the Declared Emergency button is selected will be blank.
Required XLerator Release
If your agency is on AQUA v7.1.1.1 or higher, no XLerator upgrades are needed.
If your agency is on AQUA v7.1.1.0 or older, the following XLerator Server upgrades are mandatory for this release:
CRITICAL: XLerator Server and AQUA upgrades must be done in conjunction with each other, as older versions of AQUA are not compatible with newer versions of XLerator.
Required ProQA Paramount Release
Agencies should be on the current release of ProQA Paramount v5.1.1.48 to ensure the best compatibility with AQUA.
Supporting your Emergency Dispatchers and responders as they serve your community is our highest priority, which is why we remain committed to the continual evolution of each of our protocol disciplines and our software.
Thank you for all that you do.
Sincerely,
International Academies of Emergency Dispatch and Priority Dispatch
