AQUA Patch Release v7.1.1.3

We're pushing this patch release to resolve an issue found with the Sequences.dll in the v7.1.1.2 release. In that release the Date/Time Stamps were mistakenly hidden. This patch will restore the Date/Time Stamps to the Sequences.

The IAED Protocol Links Statement has be superseded by the Official Position Document.

MANDATORY XLERATOR SERVER UPGRADES

If your agency is on AQUA v7.1.1.1, no XLerator upgrades are needed.

If you are not on AQUA v7.1.1.1, the following XLerator Server upgrades are mandatory BEFORE updating to Aqua v7.1.1.2 and then applying this patch.

1. XLerator Server version 4.0.0.81 / db script 25
2. XLerator Server version 4.2.0.15 / db script 25
