For nearly 50 years, Priority Dispatch has been making an impact on Emergency Dispatch worldwide. The Priority Dispatch System is a structured Emergency Dispatch system that relies on protocols developed and researched by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch, an organization responsible for setting the standards that tens of thousands of Emergency Dispatchers worldwide recognize and honor.

The Priority Dispatch System makes a program of total quality management possible and helps you create a standards-maintaining and improvement process through its systematic approach.
We invented structured Emergency Dispatch in 1978 and have been perfecting it ever since.

Every Emergency Communications Center is on a mission to provide efficient, consistent, high-quality care. The Priority Dispatch System (PDS) helps them achieve exactly that, using an interconnected network of three companies working together to design scientifically-validated protocols that bring efficient, consistent care to every caller.
To date, the Priority Dispatch System has handled hundreds of millions of emergency calls.
