Salt Lake City, Utah - Priority Dispatch® is pleased to announce our partnership with Infinity CCS, a leading contact center and emergency services technology organization, to bring the best-in-class call-taking software to more centers through a cloud-based solution. Our new product, ProQA Discovery, is now part of the Priority Dispatch System, recognized globally as the standard of care for emergency call-taking, and was created in cooperation with Infinity, a leading call intelligence provider. This cloud-based dispatch solution helps modernize emergency dispatch call-taking—bringing flexibility, innovation, and performance to communities of every size.

“This collaboration directly aligns with our mission of 35+ years, ‘to lead the creation of meaningful change in public safety and health,’” says Ron McDaniel, Priority Dispatch’s president.“ Infinity is a key leader in callintelligence and technology and was a natural partner as we set our sights on this new generation of ProQA.”
