These physical cardsets can be used for offline Emergency Dispatcher training or as a backup to your current Priority Dispatch System setup. If you’re a current user with an Extended Service Plan, you’ll automatically receive new cardset versions of the Protocols as they become available.
The Mobile Field Responder Guide (MobileFRG) assists responders by translating dispatch codes into a full text description. For example, with the MPDS, 10-D-1 transmitted over the radio from the dispatcher to the responder becomes, Chest Pain, DELTA-level, Not alert through the MobileFRG.
